How much will delivery cost me?

All orders within the UK are currently shipped tracked and signed for using either Royal Mail or Hermes. The cost of delivery will depend on the weight of your overall order. Please add your desired products to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout where your shipping will be calculated.

International orders generally cost more depending on your country. Please put your items in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout where your shipping will be calculated.

When will I receive my order?

Our deliveries and shipments are made Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. All deliveries are processed once payment is taken in full.

If your delivery address is in the UK, you should receive your order within 3-7 working days.

If you have not received your order after 7 working days please e-mail info@kayosports.co.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

United Kingdom

Products purchased through the KAYO website shall be sent within 1 working day unless it is otherwise stated in the description. If there is a reason for delay in the sending of your order or the item has been discontinued you shall be contacted by a member of our sales team within 1 working day.

International

For deliveries outside of the United Kingdom please allow for a delivery time of up to 14 working days. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the dispatched product reaches the destination country.

Bespoke

For bespoke orders, estimated time of delivery shall be quoted upon the approval of your bespoke proof.
